Hi my name is Tara Whelan and I too have been on my own healing journey and felt all these emotions in the past.
It started with someone once saying to me “keep doing what you’re doing, and you will keep getting what you’re getting”.
So, I chose to change.
Out of the changes I made in my life and new learnings Resilient Emotions was created.
From a young age I always remember the feeling or need to want to help people and knew that that was the career path I was destined for, so I became a Nurse. As a nurse it became apparent to me that I could heal the physical external wounds, but the emotional wounds of my patients were not as easy to heal!
This opened my awareness and interest in the healing therapies to aid patients suffering with Stress and Dis – Ease in the mind and body which over long periods of time can contribute to a lot disease and illness both mentally and physically. As a medical professional I needed something based in science and that’s how I discovered Havening Techniques®. Fundamentally I just want to help, and guide people to heal, grow, and change so they can become the best versions of themselves and live the life they desire.
I am passionate about Resilient Emotions and how it can help my clients move forward to a brighter future.
It starts with you giving yourself time to heal from your past life while reconnecting with yourself in the present and seeing who you are now and what really makes you happy.
Resilient Emotions uses two healing modalities that are founded in neuroscience. Havening Techniques® and Future Life Progression which will guide you to clear your past, teach you tools for present day resilience and help you visualise your best optimised future.
These healing therapies allow us to work together to facilitate you in your own healing journey in an effective, gentle manner, while opening your awareness to what some of your issues may be. Giving you tools and techniques to manage your life more effectively while guiding you to see unused resources inside of yourself or missed opportunities. Because the therapies are neuroscience based and work with the mind, you will learn to gain more control over your thoughts, actions, behaviours, and your life in general.

Havening Techniques ®
Havening Therapy is a relatively new innovative neuroscience based therapy that is a gentle and effective treatment for emotional traumas, stresses, anxiety, fears and phobias that may be holding you back from being free to live the life you desire or being the person you want to be.
Havening Techniques® is otherwise known as Delta Wave Techniques as it uses simple touch to create delta waves in the brain. This is designed to change the brain to de–traumatise the memory which then helps to permanently eliminate and release unwanted feelings and emotions from both the body and mind.
It is also a highly effective tool and technique for enhancement of resilience and general wellbeing in life building confidence and self-esteem, encouraging personal and professional growth.

HAVENING TECHNIQUES 3 STEP RESET
This service is usually offered over 3 sessions a week to two weeks apart, step by step the process aims to release trauma, anxiety overwhelm symptoms by delinking the emotional connection to memories.
With this break in emotional connection there is an opportunity to begin thinking feeling and responding differently in ways and start to build a resilient mindset with taught tools and daily practice.
Finishing with a brighter vision of yourself not being held back by your past confidently enjoying life again.
Here is typically what you can expect session by session:
session 1 – usually 90 minutes – intake form and discussion regarding memories and events that are affecting your life, if you do not want to disclose that is fine Havening Techniques® works just as effectively with non-disclosure once emotional connection to memory is activated.
Relevant type of Havening session will progress depending on issues and finished with an opening of how you would like to feel if these feelings/ways of responding were lifted. Practice of relaxation and imagine your future free of those feelings whilst deeply relaxed.
session 2 – usually 60 minutes –a check in to see if there are any remaining holds, emotional charge or anxiety to memories or issues that were worked on in last session.
This session will focus on building confidence and resilience so that you no longer feel like you are owned by what happened in the past and can begin enjoying your life again.
Havening techniques® tool taught and insights into how it works for resilience building in the mind as on-going work. Optimising your thoughts actions and behaviours to the desired states and outcomes you want to achieve.

session 3 – usually 60 minutes –
It Is a deeply relaxing session using Future Life Progression to help you visualise your brighter future with the emotional connections to the past gone, becoming more resilient with empowered ways of thinking acting and behaving with new tools and techniques.
You will see the impact on your day to day life and relationships with these past emotions lifted and now feeling free, released, and empowered.
The 3-step reset needs a commitment of 3 sessions minimum. Total programme price E200

Using neuroscience based Havening Techniques® and Traumatic Birth Recovery 3 step Rewind technique which will help disconnect the emotional connections from the memories.
With this break in feelings and symptoms there is an opportunity to begin thinking, feeling, and responding differently in healthier ways that will help you gently recover and move on.

Perinatal anxiety can show up anytime from becoming pregnant to around 1 year after birth.
